This Privacy Policy “Policy” applies to www.barhinsurance.com, Bar H Agency, LLC, Bar H Insurance, and governs data collection and usage. The Company’s website is an informational and service based site.  By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with quotes and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable infomration, such as your:

 If you purchase the Company’s services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.   However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to have your insurance quoted or a service provided. This may include: (a) Registering for an account; (b) sending us an email message; ( c ) submitting your credit card or other payment information when purchasing your policy; (d) sending us a text. We will use your infomration for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us.  We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The company may also use your personally identifiable information to infomr you of other products or services available form Bar H Insurance and its affiliates.

Bar H Insurance and/or its affiliates does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. 

Bar H Insurance may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these serices to Bar H Insurance or to YOU and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The Company may keep track of teh websites and pages our users visit within the Company, in order to determine what Company Services ar the most popular.  This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Company to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

This infomration can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This infomration is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of teh Company’s website.

The information (Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
